if there gonna use the RAGE engine you can say goodby to modding that's for sure the gamebyro engine is great for modding one of the few still around these days.
this is Ultra High?? because my settings aren't as high, and it doesn't really look differently
but i don't really care about how high the settings are, i just like to enjoy the game (of course, if items look crappy due to low resolutions, low textures or such, it kinda sucks..... )
It sure was a feel good moment when it scanned my pc to see what graphic quality of the game would suit me best and set it to Ultra High. However on second thought it didnt really show much difference ingame, 'specially not when compared to the graphics of today.

Im not picky with graphics and my PC is a awesome pc that can handle ultra-high quality (lol I so nice)
people need to stop worrying about graphics and enjoy the storyline
which in NV is extremely well put together.
