   The mod is Project Nevada (or maybe Advanced Recon Stealth Armor, but I don't think so).
   
   Yeah, right, you'll never get a chance to hit her, a bullet is too slow, and lasers need to be 20% cooler

   It's GUI. I don't recall what mod, but it is one that drops a corpse wearing a stealthsuit by the cazador nest near jacobstown.
