Feel free to download if you want to use it, just convert it to a 24-bit bmp (use paint.net or a similar program) and place it in the same place your other enb stuff is in (the fallout NV folder).
If it asks you to override please make a backup of the older file first.

    Looks interesting - a lot of color shades in the mid to dark range range for the medium lighting settings. Might make for some nice "warm" color scenes. Most FO3 and FONV palettes tend to be more B&W. I'll have to try it out. Thanks
