He covers font size on the Bethsoft forums under the topic heading [WIPZ/BETA] DarNified UI NV , not sure if the pipboy fonts are a WIP as well...

I have given this image my endorsement.

You need to edit the XML files pertaining to the Pip-Boy and set the same fonts thought out the menus.

Nice, you going to patch some metallic texture overlay on that next?
