   Looks great! I would just suggest getting rid of the the tiles completely - kind of makes it look a bit out of place. And maybe a bit of work on the roof - it seems a bit too clean, unless you're going for a different approach. Regardless it's some wonderful work!

      nobody can see the roof from the ground so no worry's if you fly up and look down at most roofs int eh default game they look like that! also we went for a motel/highway police station feel so the side walk is necessary!

   I remember raiding this place in a set of hardened t51b and the turbo plasma rifle melted flesh pools everywhere.

   I tend to clear that place early in the game, before Tandy gets abducted. I'm missing a big part of the game, I know, but I get extra loot and cash earlier

   Glorious! At the same time, I hope you'll pay proper attention to the clutter and details, since much more can be noticed in New Vegas than it could have been in original Fallout. Granted the majority of New Lands mods on Nexus are empty landscapes...
