I don't know what is wrong with my pipboy and my HUD aswell..
My HUD become smaller and the pipboy just like in the pic..
Can someone help me?

You can change your pipboy fov by editing fallout.ini file located in my documents>My games>FalloutNV. Open the file with notepad pres ctrl+F type fPipboy1stPersonFOV without quotes. If i remember this right the default value was 47, 55 should do the trick.
