A model of Frank Horrigan. made in two days, and the texture work waits ahead.
This is kind of advertise of the project we are working on.
Our team is called Molten Clouds, and we are making the whole Fallout 2 on New Vegas graphics (of course it is not commercial:))

Sorry, but Frank is a unique part of the project...
and i must clarify that as it was in fallout 2 frank's armor will remain not playable... mainly because there are neither people nor creatures that can wear the armor of such sizes.
(note: frank was twice taller then normal man, and 1,5 times taller than supermutant, or something like that)
But i'm glad to inform you, that there will be a lot of new content
Wooooow since i've seen this i want it please when u are done with the mod release an english version on the nexus PLEASE ^^ or mayby when ur done texturing this frank horrigan texture mayby make an additional armor out of it
