   This reminds me of a meteorological phenomenon called Novaya Zemlya effect, which oddly enough is a polar mirage. Or a version of a dawn sundog. Interesting image!

   Hmm..Don't know about the light to the east -- odd sunrise? And there's usually a bright yellow light on the porch.
   
   Edit: Ah, I see that it is raining -- I guess it is the sun through the clouds. Nice shot anyway you look at it.
