Decided to rework this one; the first iteration was cool, but it completely lacked any soft of solidity; it had no basis in reality, and despite all the cool detail I threw onto it, the forms didn't fit. So I'm revisiting it, throwing as many wrenches into as many gears as I can.

I tell you what though, conveying the words "guard" and "pacifist" into one character is extremely difficult.

Ps. Feel free to throw me some critique; via comments or pm. I'm sure Unholyservicebound is feeling a bit awkward being the only ripping up my stuff. I always appreciate any critique on my stuff.

P.ps. Does this one look like steve buscemi as well? :P

    all your models look pretty good, but almost all of them have a long skull, why is that ?

      probably me inadvertently exaggerating certain proportions; I'm not a master of anatomy (I can only practice). But it seems that I have always exaggerated the saggital crest based on the work of a sculptor (Aris Moody) that I looked up to way back in the day. Thank you for pointing it out to me; I'll try to calm it down.

      it does have a certain charm i gues, but it also looks kinda strange,
      nevertheless, your models are pretty good.

    You can still be a guard and a pacifist if that's how you choose to be. In this manner, the most effective method to use would be intimidation tactics and using your weapons to scare rather than kill. So IMO pacifist guards would almost assuredly want to do their best to look menacing with a combination of their presence, practical (and battle worn) armor, and well maintained and well used weapons to convince people not to even try in the first place. They should be capable enough to use their weapons in a manner in which to scare without killing and intelligent enough to use their environment to their advantage. Think along the lines of Vash from Trigun, except more intimidation than stereotypical anime goofiness.

    Standard ripping this time, he's got that conehead thing going on, and he could use a larger chin/jaw, looking a bit underdeveloped right now.

      I actually reproportioned the entire head; the sagittal crest and the cranium were absolutely mammoth to make up for the tiny face :O, gotta man up the chin though.
