   Hard to say -- both are good, particularly the hair color. I think I like the original 'do better.

   She's looking pretty sweet!
   The more I see that neck seam the more it bothers me.
   In the original I used a lot of seam hiders but with lucasjose's race it's not always practical to count on seam hiders.
   I was thinking bringing the neck plates all the way around the front and lower the chest plates maybe?

      I personally don't mind the seam myself. I think it helps tie in with that synthetic/robotic feel. Though your idea does sound pretty solid. Another idea could be to place a sort of glowing 'power strip' around the neck line, much like when people made those necklace/bracelet mods to hide seams. The 'power strip' could look a lot like the lights on the spine or simply solid lines of a glowing strip like on the armor I have her wear.

   The new one is much better. Clearly the creators of the ARES Android had human characteristics in mind and she now conveys that well.
