That might just be it. I just have to ask... Do you have a collection of race presets with unique heads/skins to amuse yourself with or do you do these and then sort of just let them go once you've used them, or maybe even something else completely?
Whenever I start a new character in NV I make a whole new texture for them. Then, since I dont need the old ones, I just override the TFH Rugged Race textures with the new ones. Thats why I rarely make new female textures.

I cant remember who I model the brow after but I figured a lifetime of squinting and mean looks might leave an impression XD
The forehead is actually just temporary while I work out something I like.
