Finally got the sights animating in-game, so I thought I'd give you all a little preview. head over

      You have no clue how happy this makes me. I fell in love with Ares as soon as you started posting progress updates. Then I took a look at my mod and went "These two would totally fit together". I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw the connection.

      Might I be seeing a hazy opportunity for a compatibility patch to link our mods with some bonus features? <_<

      oh damn i'm so sorry i confused you there, i am not the author of the Ares mod
      What i mean was, i would totally want to use this beauty with my Ares character because yes "These two would totally fit together". Maybe the author of the Ares mod would like to create a compatibility patch to link the mods with some bonus features. THAT WOULD BE PERFECT!

    Don't take this the wrong way, but I have the weirdest boner right now. The animation, the model while not a fan of space-age weapons is beautiful, and the effects are amazing. Are the smokes and flames part of the mod as well, or are you using a 3rd party mod?

      The muzzle flash is tailor made by me. The lens flare I took from EVE by Wijisan, so that'll probably be a required master, (but really, why wouldn't you use EVE). Maybe Wiji will be nice enough to let me make it a standalone effect, we'll see. The animation is mine though so that'll definatley be in.

    that's rather sweet. As far as I know only YouTube has embedding support via BBCode.

    I don't usually like the space-age weapons people make for Fallout, I'm very lore-oriented, but this gun looks awesome.

    I know you can embed youtube videos by taking the ID of the video
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= dQw4w9WgXcQ <-- that part and putting it into this: {youtube}dQw4w9WgXcQ{/youtube} I used { } instead of the actual [ ] to show you. Anyway, after all that you should get this:

      Yeah I knew about the youtube tag, but it dosn't seem like there's the ability to use Vimeo's embed code. Even just a hyperlink would be nice, but I can't seem to get that to work either. Oh well.
