Decided to check out F:NV again and made my new char look like my favorite DC villain :D im proud how he turned out.

    That is very cool. You should make a custom race, so you can mess with the symmetry with the GECK. Then you can give him the same expression he has in the photo. ^_^

      Yea that would be great if i had the skills however my Fallout version of Manchester has kinda same expression like the comic version of Manchester

      My PC is like a mix between Manchester Black comic version and animated version ^^
