This is actually the most common glitch I've experienced in NV. The deputy in Primm (whatever he's called) got stuck in one of the ceilings in the Vikkie (sp?) and Vance casino with his head in my game. Should have screenshot it. Had to tcl him down so I could talk to him properly.
Happens sometimes with enemies out in the wastes too.
Certainly one of the more disturbing images I've seen on this site.
