I Need Help

Well i have finally been able to skin this properly to each of the individual fingers so now the claws actually move with each finger. BUT i am now having an issue on getting her to keep her hand open while attacking. She is making a fist, the bottom right hand corner has an example of what it looks like. I tried using the Deathclaw Guantlet animation but she still keeps her hand closed. Anyone know of any very good very beginner animation tutorial to use in making an attack animation? Or know of any other way to get it to attack right?

And yes she is very pretty :) Thank You

    The only thing I'd figure you could do is find a way to use the 'Paralyzing Palm' animation from Fallout 3. I'm not entirely sure if it's still available in the NV GECK though. If it is, I'm sure if you did it right you could at the very least manage to make it a special charge attack. Other than that though, your less cool option would be to remove the finger weighting like the DC gauntlet.

    I'd help you if I could but I can't seem to figure out how to properly end moving animations. I can make poses but that's not going to really help much.

    Really good job though on the skinning work!

    well i figured out why she has her hand in a fist when attacking with the deathclaw animation...cause the animation has her with a fist. The claw itself is static from the base of the knuckles up so my only option it seems is to come up with a new animation (all but impossible for me at my current stage of what i can and can't do) or go back and make the claws stationary again >.< which IMHO looks simple ridiculous. Still will take any and all animation's for Dummies tutorials if anyone has them, I have tried a few but they start reading like stereo instructions after like step 3 or 4. That is when my eyes go crossed.

    Let me clarify I am NOT asking for you to do it for me, if you wish to then great, I have no qualms at trying to learn something new.

    looks cool... umm, u might be able to donwload a pose or something ?? sorry im not really sure but id look into like editing her poses and stuff that might be able to do something
