This happened in a custom cell of mine. I entered the cell and all these Powder Ganger, and Jackel gang member corpses spawned at my feet. I must have done something to cause this but I'm not sure. I just think it is hilarious.

@Spaceritual Thanks for the info. I could care less about steam achievements. I actually figured out the TM code right after I took this.

Nice one...and if you not longer care about Steam recording your achievements you can use the no HUD command for picture taking
To remove the HUD enter the console and type in TM then press return..then take the picture , then to get your HUD and menus back just re-enter console and type TM , job done
