Hi! I've understud already that you like Russian and Soviet firearms, PPSH-41, Tokarev, AK's - are perfect, they looks very realistic, I felt like I hold it in my hands again, so I think you will be interested of TKB-408 - it was a prototype, and on my opinion it's a very tough gun, sorry for offtop, but I didn't know where I can write it. P.S. and look out TKB-059 - it's awesome three barrel assault rifle
Actually I do have a mod that does make use of under barrel weapons via switch fire mode key, and another that give you a dialog box to switch between options.
Theres mods that have added M203's to M16's, trouble with it is the hand animations clip through the rifle, so unless someone makes a animation where they hold their hand lower, it'll look funny.
And that's particularly the reason why we're not doing it. Even if you can make it launch grenades it's going to look really stupid in this game because the animation system is a joke
I love you guys, you have made my night. I've been waiting for this ever since you guys started releasing guns. I don't even care about mods for it I'm just happy to be able to turn it into a service rifle replacer with the geck.
Can you guys please show me how to do that,I have minor GECK skill and I really think this is proper Service Rifle replacer, please can you at least give me a link to a tutorial
Just as Midnight says, A replacer version of the service rifle that replaces it with this gun would be awesome! Also, don't forget WMX Compatible version too! A Heat Shield that increases weapon condition, an ACOG sight and a 30 round magazine would be great modifications for this weapon. The 20 round magazine will be attached by default. This is way better then the Service Rifle.
You've been asking for a hell of a lot recently why dont you just use the geck to make it a replacer yourself and take some of the work off them.
Also making it WMX compatible isnt going to happen the auther of WMX would have to change it or make a compatibility mod. So if you try doing it yourself go into the WMX file and edit the texture otherwise it will crash, and if any of the dlc guns rely on mods from the main WMX you need to change the texture in the main WMX file not the DLC file. Mods for the weapons also have a tendency to not want to show up in the weap mod menu, to fix that it seems you pretty much go into the WMX file again and pick the replacement texture yet again.
