This is a caption of the LOD, it stays blurry as you would normally see it from a great distance, only it stays this way until you come rely close

i have a strange problem with the LOD in-game, it stays rely blurry until i practically stand on it, then it loads to the proper texture. What can cause this bug, and is it a way to fix it?
