   shouldn't like all of this be impossible to see because there'd be no light really inside the helmet? aside from the very questionable texture choices it shouldn't be this visible.

      When you wear a Halloween mask for instance can you not see any of the inside mask? You always "see" some of what your wearing. Its in front of your face for crying out loud lol
      
      As far as some light inside it, there mite be some from various things. Imagine the iron man suit.
      
      Its my concept of what it could look like inside a helmet. It represents padding, breathing apparatus and other gizmos. Of course I would love to have a better looking version with cool 4k textures and glow maps.. but most people just crap on stuff instead of try to help.
      
      It does indeed need to be darker and I just tested out a darker version and it looks better. The Rifts back lighting makes brighter in game so darkening is a must of the texture for sure
