      - Brotherhood might play a bigger role like F3 and actively roam the wasteland in their vertibirds? *shrug*
      - Fast travel system? (I wish)
      - Personal vertibird, non fast-travel. (again, I wish, but I think I'll only be able to fly one in New Vegas)

Dr. Zimmer talks about all the technology from the Commonwealth, but other than the androids, I don't recall him mentioning anything specific. Soo... The Enclave, the Brotherhood, or whoever runs the Commonwealth. I'm going to guess the Commonwelath is responsible.

And then what? Beats me. I like the fast travel idea, A.S. -- like the old Highwayman in FO2.

it might just be a set piece like broken steel, but I agree, it would be cool if it was a form of fast travel

    Notice how it's modified.

I don't think it has been modified, but I did notice it looks slightly slimmer than the Fallout 3/New Vegas version.

That would make sense since the T-45d actually looks bulkier. So the power armor became slimmer and less bulky as they improved it.

Look closer. It has elements of the T51 and T45D.

I can see some of the elements of the T-45d on the arms and back.
