   Hmm I do believe I once found the same outfit on Skyrim. So I'm not sure who the owner or where the original mod came from. It could be a port from Skyrim. Might be worth seeing if you can find it for Skyrim.

   Have you tried to locate the original mod using the search function on the NexusMods page?
   If you have fose, you can open the console, left click on the NPC and enter showinventory.
   A list of the inventory the NPC has will be displayed along with the base object number.

      I have tried that. Unfortunately, no other outfit mod shows up with the name of that outfit.
