Yes. That is a rideable Horse. I am living the Post apocolyptic cowboy dream. 
Now my question still stands about my next large release of imagery but now we have a third contender. Which would you, the viewers, like to see next?
Ideas
1. Lets face it with the amount of boxing movies coming out, its time to get a boxing story up in the image section. Mine involves the Lone Wanderer looking to make it into boxing. But the question is who would you guys prefer to be the female in his life (Because there is ALWAYS a woman in those movies). Willow or Amata?
2. A group of images from the Pitt DLC using another ENB. (Much like my Out of this Old World Collection) 
3. A retconned story of Liz (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/images/80079/?) My tough as nails country girl, and her arrival in Vegas with her special friend Porkchop.

Now do I expect everyone who sees this image to tell me what they want to see? No. But I do appreciate those who participates with their input. Because...Well I dont know what you people want and I would hate to work on a story I thought you all found boring.

    That horse looks great but doesn't really fit since all the animals have been mutated you would figure the horses have been as well. Why don't you give it an extra leg or two

      No, I think this is still plenty lore-friendly. I mean, look at the dogs and coyotes, they're not mutated at all - probably because people kept them as pets, and safe from the radiation. There's still a couple ferel, mutated dogs, but the majority are still totally intact. Horses are common enough pets that there would still be some healthy ones in the Mojave.

      Well, it's not lore friendly whatever you do. All horses died.

      Look the image shows a rideable horse in a setting destined for cowboys. So complaining aside, lore friendly or not, I am super happy

      Chill dude, nobody is pooping on your pic or party. We are just sitting on the couch having a side conversation. We all endorsed your pic. We are just having our own little fun and if you can't handle people's comments then turn them off. Nobody here said anything rude or has been negative in any way, shape or form. You should just be happy that your pic sparked a conversation. Remember this rule is gaming: If you ask for comments then expect them.

      Well, it's been said that the horses in the All Roads comic are not lore friendly and that all horses are extinguished.

    rideable horses are soooo good during making a concept, bringing up the idea to light, and just thinking "seems possible to make"
    But then ugly ingame inverse kinematics kicks in, animation incompatibilities, and hell of a lot of coding no one can make without some close_to_impossible_and_never_to_be_made functions in NVSE plugins.

    the pitt images sounds cool. Also that's a really nice horse model, any idea where I could my hands on it ?
