Looks a little like Mining equipment. Sturdy solid plate to protect the face, with a lamplight built into the helmet. I could imagine it being worn by pre-war miners working deep underground.
Thanks!I think the reason why I like the design so much is because it looks a little closer to the supposed "pre-war riot armor" the ranger armor derives from. It looks all around menacing and helmet provides ample protection. The only problem I have with the current design are the air tanks in the back. They look a little too large for rangers who are supposed to be well armored while retaining freedom of mobility. It better suits a scuba diver or a flamethower operator of some kind.
Sorry if I went on a tangent there, I like to give others constructive criticism. If you'd rather not take my advice and just do your own thing, it's fine by me.
I don't mind criticism at all, and thanks for your opinion on it However, this isn't supposed to be ranger armor, but rather something someone in the wasteland put together from pre-war clothes, oxygen tanks, (etc) to provide protection from the elements (and look intimidating )
Whoops, my mistake.Still though, really liking this design, especially the spiked armor bit. If you added a few more armor pads on the legs and and wrists and threw some boots on there, it'd look absolutely perfect.
No, I actually haven't. Honestly, I don't really know much about Project Nevada in the first place, so I don't think I can make an overlay, because, frankly, I have no idea how to do it

Soldier 2: "Cool."
If you know where that's from, you know why this reminds me of it.

Hey TraVinh , I just thought of something... have you considered a project Nevada patch for it so it has the overlays?
