I added the legs/feet. The armor is still missing a couple of pieces, but it's almost done. Let me know what you think.

Note that the textures are in no way final and only serve to make the mesh look a bit nicer.

Make the hip part more "beefy" because it looks a bit disproportionately

  I might, but I may not. The reason is the power armor, as-is, is capable of encasing the vanilla power armors, so I have had to make some compromises to the mesh to reduce clipping, as it's so bulky (One of the most notable places is the forearms, if you compare it to the actual t-60) I think i'll try to add a bit more armor there, but it may make the hip too bulky and cause a lot of clipping
