after gettimg frustrated with the enb I was working on, I decided to start from scratch.
completely retweaked sweetfx to vanilla fnv, switched from rwle to Nevada skies.
so far I'm liking it, daytimes are pretty much done, nights should be easy, hopefully interiors will be easier to equalize using ILO.
