Description:
===============
Home, home on the range... the old song echoed over and over again in my head as I dragged my feet across the boiling blacktop. The temperature had to be somewhere near 110 degrees... Lord knows it felt hotter then that.
The only thing I can seem to remember about the previous night was the glistening lights and greenery of Vegas. How I wish I was back there. In the tranquil safety of the Tops courtyard, everything there seemed so real... the water, the drinks... her face. Everything out here how ever seems to be a mirage in this heat.
Huh, that looks like a ranch in the distance, I wonder if they can help me...

Details:
===============
I built this ranch at Spring Mountain State Park because I quite enjoyed the serene desert landscape and the quiet pond out back, Once I took care of the Giant Mantises I thought to myself, this would make a lovely home. So The ranch was born. The Interior of the home is as close to looking like the exterior as possible, which in my opinion adds some realism to the game. I don't know why but it bugged me in Fallout 3 how none of the interiors looked remotely like the exterior of a building.
===============
Changes:
===============
Added Exterior window effects to the house
Added a small unmarked quest to give some back story to the house
Added some clutter in the house
Added a campfire out back
Added more storage in the barn for weapon crafting
NOTICE
As I was browsing the recent updates I came to a mod by 50pieceSteve that rebuilds the town of Bonnie Springs located near the ranch. For those of you that prefer civilization a little closer then raiders I suggest checking it out. I am in no way affiliated with the mod though. The mod; The Townof Bonnie Springs BETA, is just that a beta as of 11-25-2010. So keep an eye on it!
