First real attempt at a mod - just a mash-up of various outfits to create a new look for the average NCR trooper. New legs/boots, and a \"new\" standard helmet model based on the Ranger combat helmet. Should replace all variants unless I missed something.

Known Isssues
- There's some clipping errors at the seams where the legs meet the torso. No amount of editing to the mesh seemed to fix this problem, but as far as I can tell the clipping occurs with the original models too. If anything it's worse in vanilla.
- No world model for the helmets. My attempts always show up invisible in the GECK, so if anyone wants to have a go at fixing that feel free. I've given up at this point.
Also feel free to edit and share the models/textures as you see fit - but credit would be appreciated. The "new" helmet model in particular could do with some proper texture work if anyone's up for it. Again, any modders who might want to use and/or improve it are more than welcome.
