This mod adds 5 new supercharged (rather unbalanced) traits to the game. For those of you what something with a little more oomph!Needless to say, these traits are not balanced. The list of traits includes:
Action Hero (xx003BC6)
You're a real action hero - you down most mooks in a single shot. Your weapons deal twice as much damage as normal.
Combat Nerd (xx003BC4)
Your V.A.T.S. logic is highly optimized for killin' things. All action point costs are reduced by half.
Gifted (xx002A7B)
Some folks are just flat out better than others. You are one such person. You gain a +1 bonus to all S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Attributes.
Quick Study (xx003BC3)
You master skills much more swiftly than the average Joe. You gain twice the number of skill points every level.
Talented (xx002A7C)
You possess a great deal of natural talent, giving you an excellent grounding in many various tasks. You gain a +10 bonus to all skills.
An optional perk version is also available for download. ONLY USED ONE VERSION OF THE MOD!

Installation:

Extract the archive and place the .esp plugin file in the game's install folder\Data\.
If your Steam was installed in C:\Program Files\ then you'd put it in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\data

Compatibility:

I've modified the VCG04ActivatorScript (the script used in character modification when you leave Goodsprings) for this mod. Thus it will have compatibility problems with any mod that also alters this script. This will likely include other mods that add traits.
IN ADDITION, THE TWO VERSIONS OF THIS MOD CONFLICT WITH ONE ANOTHER. CHOOSE ONE VERSION AND USE THAT!

I've tested this mod and it works (as far as I can tell). If there are problems please let me know so I can correct them. I'm working on adding Inhuman Ability traits back in, but most of them are a bit tough to code or cause unintended problems for some users. Research and development is ongoing.
