Shrink your enemies down to size with the Fantastic Shrink Ray!

The prize possession of the theoretical physicist known only as "Fantastic," this weapon sends out a burst of energy that shrinks whatever creatures it strikes, from human beings to robots to wasteland abominations, and being so tiny the first instinct of these shrinky dinks is to flee in terror.
Fantastic and his Fantastic Shrink Ray are initially found in the depths of Helios One although I've heard he sometimes goes elsewhere depending on the events of the game. How you obtain the weapon is up to you, but Fantastic belongs to a faction of one and probably won't be missed.
Based on my Alien Shrink Ray mod for Fallout 3, this mod instead uses the model for the Pulse Gun included in Fallout New Vegas, while the rest of the mod is ported with only slight improvements.
The Fantastic Shrink Ray uses common Energy Cells for endless shrinking fun, and can be used by NPCs, even against the player! Not to worry though, the effect is temporary (two minutes), and luckily so because while shrunken you cannot, at this time, use your Pip-Boy correctly.
Also, thanks to the new effects, many allies won't become hostile when hit, and any that do will usually forgive you as long as your followers don't open fire, but fair warning, anything could happen.
For example, in testing I shrank several members of the NCR at Helios One until the entire platoon became hostile, but once I ran off and hid successfully [Hidden] they instantly reverted to friendies, and as long as no one is killed there is no effect on faction infamy.
This mod contains no meshes or textures, just an .esp to place in your Data folder.
