Adds some of the perks that were removed since FO3. I have also adjusted Grim Reaper\'s spring to mimic FO3\'s effect.

An addition to my slowly-growing series of adding Fallout 3 content to New Vegas, this mod adds a few perks that I liked which were removed from NV. Although apparently Obsidian Entertainment took out some of these perks because they allegedly thought it was too easy to max out your stats in Fallout 3, I disagree and enjoyed these perks - so here they are in New Vegas form. Here are the additions:

Medical Prodigy
Ranks: 3
Description: NV Version of Daddy's Boy/Girl. Increases your Science and Medical skills by 5 points perk rank.
Requirements: Lv. 2, Intelligence 4+

Gun Nut
Ranks: 3
Description: Increases your Guns and Repair skills by 5 points per rank.
Requirements: Lv.2, Agility 4+

Iron Fist
Ranks: 3
Description: Increases your Unarmed skill by 5 points per rank.
Requirements: Lv.4, Strength 4+

Little Leaguer
Ranks: 3
Description: Increases your Melee and Explosives skills by 5 points per rank.
Requirements: Lv.2, Strength +4

Scoundrel
Ranks: 3
Description: Increases your Speech and Barter skills by 5 points per rank.
Requirements: Lv.4, Charisma 4+

Thief
Ranks: 3
Description: Increases your Sneak and Lockpick skills by 5 points per rank.
Requirements: Lv.4, Perception 4+, Agility 4+

Impartial Mediation
Ranks: 1
Description: Gives you 30 points to speech as long as you have neutral karma.
Requirements: Lv.8, Charisma 5+

Master Trader
Ranks: 1
Description: Reduces the prices of items from every vendor by 25%.
Requirements: Lv.15, Barter 60+. Charisma 6+

Cyborg
Ranks: 1
Description: Changed slightly to make it more NV friendly, it retains the same 10% resistance to poison and radiation, 10 to the Energy Weapons skill and changes the damage resistance to a +3 Damage Threshold. I really loved this perk in FO3 and added a nice combat reward to having a high medicine and science skill.

Grim Reaper's Sprint:
Description: Although this skill is already in NV, I was very disappointed when I took it (without reading the description, damn it!) and found out it only restores 20 AP when you kill an enemy in VATS. The only reason I ever took this perk was for the full AP refill, so I changed the perk effect to mirror Fallout 3's.

EDIT: The FO3 Alt optional file is the same as the main file, the only exception being Grim Reaper's Sprint remains unchanged from NV vanilla. Thank you to wildyracing for the suggestion :)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Modders put a lot of time and effort into making new content for games, so if you like files, please endorse them. It only takes a moment, it shows appreciation for the work, and it's the best way a modder can know at a glance if they are successful in their endeavors; if people don't endorse a mod they like, I myself always assume that it isn't well-recieved and won't make any similiar things in the future. Thank you for your time :)

===============
Disclaimer:
===============

I have the greatest respect for my fellow modders, but I have intentionally avoided looking at any other mods that have been made for New Vegas for the time being - I want the modding practise for NV and I don't want to be discouraged from trying something if a similiar mod has already been created. So, if there is something similiar out there, feel free to avoid mentioning it to me. If you feel offended because something of mine is similiar to your own mod, the resemblance is purely coincidental, and instead be proud - great minds think alike ;)
