About this mod
This fixes the dialogue with the Followers of the Apocalypse Doctor at the New Vegas Medical Clinic, Usanagi, when the player asks if they can make a donation to the faction. Another avenue for a nice boost to reputation with the Followers of the Apocalypse.

This fixes the dialogue with the Followers of the Apocalypse Doctor, Usanagi, when the player asks if they can make a donation to the faction. Previously, you would always be presented with the "I don't have the caps right now." option, despite possessng more than the requisite 500 caps.
The problem was that the condition check set for vDialogueMedicalClinicDoctorUsanagiTopic045 ("Here's 500 caps.") was run on the Subject rather than the Target for whether they had 500 caps or more. i.e. it was checking Doctor Usanagi for the money rather than the player.
