About this mod

Reduces amount of Caps, Ammo, Food, Water and Stimpacks found in generic containers.

Permissions and credits
This mod is intended to remain lore-friendly while creating a more deadly wasteland. Boomers still have just as many explosives, Fiends still have just as many drugs, ect. Towns are still oasis', where there are NPCs I've left spawn rates untouched.

v09 Changelog:
-Food and Water rates adjusted outside of settlements. Frequency of bottled water reduced by 1/3 in the Wasteland, frequency of finding random food reduced by 1/2.
-Macro and micro fusion cell rates adjusted for parity with other common ammo types.
-Preformance enhancing chems reduced by 25-50% depending on context (Fiends left untouched, ect).
-Frag Grenades are slightly more rare.
-Reduced rate Caeser's Legion monies found on bodies by 1/3.
-Minor fixes, I had overlooked some important lists.

Simple Scarcity v08:
With the "realism" mods that up damage, I've found there's just too much ammo in the world. This is an attempt to make ammo more valuable to the player by decreasing the amount of ammo found on bodies and in generic containers by roughly one third. Ammunition that is already rare (such as .45-70) has been left untouched.

Likewise I was tired of having 20 Stimpacks and 2000 caps two hours after starting a character even with Arwen's Realism Tweaks on.

All caps in non-quest related containers have been reduced by nearly 50%.

The chance for Stimpacks to spawn in containers AND vendors has been decreased globally by 25%. This means if there was a 75% chance a vendor would have a Super Stimpack there is now a 50% chance of that happening.

This mod should only conflict with other mods that alter the leveling lists for Caps, Ammo or Stimpacks. As of the time of this writing the only mod I know of that does this is "Wasteland Unlocked" (I think that's what it's called, I'm too tired to check heh).
