A Suite at the Novac and the El Rey (A Suite at the Novac v1.2)
This mod adds an expanded Novac motel room and an expanded El Rey motel room.
ATTENTION: If you have any items already in the Novac Motel room or the 2 bottom right rooms at the El Rey, you MUST remove all items from it and step outside the door before enabling this mod. If you have never been to either of these places OR you are upgrading from a previous version of this mod, no special actions need be taken. All items are safe. No containers have changed from previous versions.
SNOWGLOBES: Snowglobes appear at the Novac motel AND the El Rey simultaneously. When activated at either location, they display at both. Snowglobes are displayed by clicking on the lamp at the head of the bed. All snowglobes currently in inventory are COPIED to their respective display locations. Snowglobes MUST be activated at either motel BEFORE being turned into Jane. Snowglobes are NOT removed from inventory. This allows you to turn them in to Jane at the Lucky 38. Only through Jane are they permanently removed from inventory or paid for.
ISSUES: Companions sometimes take up to 20 seconds or so to follow you into either room. They follow you out with no problem. Don't know why but if I fix it I'll post an update.
Nothing too fancy, just the stuff you need.
Removed wall to adjoining room and removed floor stains.
Added:
Snowglobe displays at both locations are linked to each other.
Sandbox Package for companions with several Idle Marker. Except for Cass. All she does is drink.

The Mojave Express Box works exactly as all the others. Open it once as soon as you find it to add it to the system. Cook stove works as any campfire.
Tons of containers and lots of flat surfaces to display your trophies.
Installation: I highly recommend using Fallout Mod Manager for all mods. If not using NVMM then unzip this file to your Fallout New Vegas folder.
Compatibility: Any mod that alters the Novac Motel room may conflict or not work with this mod. If placed AFTER NV Interiors El Rey, A Suite will over write the rooms it uses. I used the original mirror from Novac so any mod that alters that should work. Companions are unaltered. A script adds the sandbox packages to each of them when you enter the suite and is removed when you leave. Any mod that alters or adds any Mojave Express drop boxes will probably conflict or at best, you will have incomplete mailing destinations at other new box locations.

Toned down the lighting to cut down on glare
When displayed, snowglobes are slightly larger and have a slight glow

Disabled Fast Travel from room to fix issues with companions
Moved desks along window for more display area.
Moved spawn points for Novac and El Rey map markers closer to the motel rooms
