Even newer version!: The schematic is still in the Silver Rush along with the blaster and cells as before, but I have reduced the requirements from 20MF cells to 15MF cells, because with the 1.2 patch released in December 2010 the power of the blaster was reduced quite a bit, although its still a powerfull weapon. Also if you have the Vigilant Recycler perk you only need 12MF cells to make an Alien Power Cell instead of 15.
You can just overwrite the old (Van Graff) version with this one with no problems and carry on playing with the new requirements (it doesnt matter if you've already taken the schematic and the blaster already) as I left the name of the mod the same.

New version: now adds the schematic, Alien Power cells and the Alien Blaster to the top floor of the Silver Rush, together with a bit of "flavour" for how they aquired the weapon added to the schematic notes.
This adds the Alien Power Cell Schematic, the Alien Blaster and some Alien Power Cells to L2 Hidden Valley bunker repair workshop.
To craft a single APC at a workbench you need the following:
20 Microfusion Cells
90 Science skill
