This is pretty much a complete port of my sound pack for Fallout 3. I love the atmosphere in NV, but hate the footstep effects. Far too indistinct for my tastes. This pack has far more than just footsteps, though. Feel free to mix and match with other packs you've downloaded or simply delete the sounds you don't like. I welcome all comments whether good or bad.
A list of included effects(not exhaustive):
Footsteps
Item pickups/drops(glass bottles, weapons, caps, ammo, armor, misc)
Lock picking
Hacking
VATS enter/exit
Repair weapon
A few menu sounds
-------------------Installation------------------
Put the sound folder included in the archive in your Fallout New Vegas/Data directory.
-------------------Uninstallation----------------
The reverse of above, obviously. If you are going to mix and match sounds I suggest keeping the original archives around as a reference.

1.1: Fixed a few filenames, made ESP to change static attenuation of sounds to rational levels
