Generally

Just a Chinese straw hat.

The hat is on in a duffel bag in the gas station
Goodsprings and in the Goodsprings-cave. For repair
are the destroyed books. Somehow the book cover
still the most plausible. Perhaps more would be a plant
conceivable.

\Chinese Peasant Hat\Chinese Peasant Hat blau.dds

\Chinese Peasant Hat\Chinese Peasant Hat Pipboy.dds

Check the box next to "Chinese Peasant Hat NV.esp" in the launcher from the
Start program in "data files? (not know the English menu)"
or Modmanager.
