This update adds eighteen mannequins to the house nine in the crafting/armory room and nine in the main entry room. There are nine male and nine female. There are stationery and cannot be moved or posed, you can dress them only (just for showing off armor and or outfits). I have equipped five of the male’s one with my bright white tuxedo and top hat and two of them with my white Eulogy Jones suit one with the white E J hate with black feather and one with the red feather, one with the white E J suit and my white prewar/gambler hat and one with the white and black E J suit with the white prewar/gambler hat. All three hats have a dt of 2 and add one point to luck the E J suite adds one point to luck and one point to charisma has a health of 250 and a dt 10.
Textures for the bright white tuxedo are by Bond123
I would like to give a special thank you to Sinjen for the mannequin script and the help in making them.
Installation
New: drop .esp meshes and textures to your falloutnewveags/data folder and allow for overwrite
Updating older version: drop .esp meshes and testures in to your falloutnewvegas/data folder allow for overwrite. Ifthe mannequins move out of place you will need to remove all you items from the house (I shipped everything to Goodsprings via the express box went to good springs and picked it all up) save game exit the game, deactivate the mod enter the game make a clean save exit and reactivate the mod.

Update to 4.1.1
This is a small update I thought there was a problem with the .esp after cleaning with FNVEdit as it wouldn’t load on my system. Apparently it is at my end as Bond123 has made a full test on his system and it all works fine. I have retextured few more items that I was unhappy with and or did not match.

Update to 4.1
This update adds many new textures and a holoviewer (a large screen tv that is more time period correct). Bathtubs with showers, some more posters (pinups).
Some items that have been retextured
The main room bar, wall trim and ceilings in three of the rooms , ceilings fans, ac units, vault dressers, hotel wardrobes, book shelf’s, kitchen cabinets, all doors, curtains, desk with opening drawers, hotel chairs, suburban chairs, hotel beds, pool diving board, lamps, chandlers in main room.
All new textures ay by me except as noted

Thanks again to Bond123 for showing me a new technique in texturing that made many of the new textures possible. (As your student and an admirer of your work I hope I have done you proud)
This mod has been known to lag on slower pc. It is a very large cell. I run a XP 32bit system with a 8800gtx, AMDPhemom 9950 quad-core and 4gb of ddr800 ram, game graphics set to ultra high and have know lag problems with the house. If your rig is slower you may not want to run this mod. I do not want to hear about lag problems.
This mod has now been cleaned with FNVEdit and there for should cause no conflicts with other mods.
(In fact it should be just the opposite there mod conflicting with mine)

Description
A companion base and player home. With lots of storage, outside garden/plants and lots of room for companions. I have had up to ten in the house and don’t run into or trip over them.
This is the fourth upload of this house. I have retextured the main entry, crafting room, infirmary, kitchen/dining room, utility room, pool and pool room, four of the six guest rooms, master bed room and bath and six of the seven small bathrooms. There is asmall treasure hunt (THANK YOU DRAGONAVIATOR FOR THE SUGGESTION)
There is ample storage most of it is labeled If there is more than u need don’t use it, but don’t complain.
There are re spawning plants around the house (your own little farm)
I have added a optional (SPOILER) read me file in case you don’t understand the clues
I have set the snow globe to non quest items you can now drop them and display them were you want in the house.

Details
A large twenty room house
DOWN STAIRS
Main room with a bar, two pool tables, three working slots, one blackjack and one roulette table.
Crafting room with Workbench, Reloading bench, Crafting oven, working Mojave express box, (THANK YOU XINGO22 FOR YOUR HELP WITH THE EXPRESS BOX) Labeled Footlockers, Ammo boxes and two types of shelf’s for displaying items. Open wall space for placing Mannequin’s (Mannequin’s not included see link)
Infirmary with lab set, my first infirmary and two re spawning med kits, and its own bath.
Kitchen/Dining room with a nuka-cola machine and well stocked, working kitchen cabinets (I didn’t make the cabinets so don’t complain about not seeing anything in them when you open them) (see credits). Two ovens and refrigerators
Utility/service room that dose nothing but add lore to house for power, main frame and so on.
Indoor swimming pool with diving board and two baths (just for looks, you can go for a swim at the end of a long hot day)
UP STAIRS
Six bed rooms with TV’s, Holodisk player, stereo receiver (that works like a juke box), tower speakers, laptops two beds and a bath each
Master bedroom with bar/lounge area, pc, well rested bed, bath with showers, bar, piano, one large and one small lcd tv , holodisk player, stereo receiver (that works like a juke box), two large tower speakers and three satellite speakers (surround sound) and a fish tank.
