Two-Bears-High-Fiving is now a basic companion, but does not use the companion wheel thing.
Just follow, wait, fire and inventory.
I changed his appearence too so he stands out instead of the Tribal Default Look. I also added him to the Player Faction as you do but he can only take so many accidental hits before you balls things up.
His inventory remains the same, though you can trade with him.
And he is VOICED. Using Tribal dialogue from ingame, I created an effective dialofue for him.
Required:
Honest Hearts DLC and the Wild Wasteland Perk.
