A simple mod that replaces the biker goggles mesh with one that rests on the characters foreheads. Also sets it to the headband slot, so you can wear glasses too. Warning though, you may look like a tool if you do this.
May have clipping errors with some hairstyles, especially modded ones. Also, it looks a little odd on females. My Nifskope proficiency is very limited.

Added a non-replacer version. It is found next to Doc Mitchell's House next to a motorbike. Complimentary Tunnel Snake Jacket included.
Also - the female version looks a lot better, as it is now placed higher up on the forehead.
