Description:
Tycho, from the original Fallout. He was the very image of the NCR Veteran Rangers' armor...so why would I make it so he wears simple clothing? I didn't. I put him in the armor his Fallout Description was based off of...
Location: He's lounging around inside the Vikki and Vance Casino. Despite him wearing armor that resembles that of the NCR, Primm's residents seem to accept him.

I was disappointed that not many people made it so there were no companion restoration. Though many Fallout Fans love Lore-Friendly mods, there are also others who just love to experience Fallout as it goes, and enjoy past friends they made with previous games...which is why I now bring you Tycho, the first companion of my Companion Restoration idea.
He's not voiced...I couldn't figure out simple voicing of NPCs with the NCCS tutorial so he's silent the whole time.
Also, because he was pixelated as an average bald guard in Combat Armor, no one truly knows what he looks like, even with his description saying he even wore a Gas Mask, yet he is shown to be bald. I found this to be boring. So what? He didn't have to be bald. Maybe he wasn't. Pixelation back then wasn't to its full potential...which is why our Deathclaws don't have hair, but that just makes them more terrifying. Anywho...his actual face is just something simple I through in.
