improves layout and look of the settlements around new vegas.

fixed up and improved layout and lighting of some of the towns of new vegas.
Currently only Goodsprings and Novac have improvements.
-Prospector Saloon
Improved lighting, the 2 inaccessible doors to the stills and out are now accessible and lockpickable, there's now a 2nd usable bathroom.
-Goodsprings general store
Improved lighting and Improved layout
-Novac Hotel
Dino Dee-lite front desk has improved lighting, a working lockpickable back door, the outside building windows have all nighttime lighting effect and all motel door lights now work.
The players hotel room has better lighting, radiation free sink and toilet water in bathroom with lighting, A working radio and cleaner looking carpet and refrigerator.
-The Novac diner is now a real diner, with refrigerators that hold food, (possibly add a diner cook?)
-All Novac homes have window nighttime lighting effects.
-Vikki and Vance Casino

had unboarded windows with light ray effects and improved lighting.
-Mojave Outpost
moved and removed clutter around the buildings, improved lighting inside both buildings.
