This mod allows you to craft bobby pins using scrap metal at workbenches. However, you need a high repair skill to do so (85) since its a precision instrument.

This is my first mod, so I am not sure if this would upset the balance of the game.

Installation: Just copy the .esp file to your data folder and play. The Bobby Pins recipe should automatically appear in the list the next time you activate a workbench.
