Restores +5 Stealth Field and Invisibility Cloak to Chinese Stealth Armor and Stealth Suit MK II

Restores Chinese Stealth Armor to the functionality of the Operation Anchorage version from Fallout 3, adding +5 Stealth Field and the stealthboy style invisibility cloak when crouching. These effects are added to the Stealth Suit MK II in Old World Blues.
The Stealth Suit MK II is also changed to Light Armor classification at a weight of 20 wg with the light armor sound signature to mimic the Chinese Stealth Armor.
Durability of both armors/suits has been set to 400 health to mimic the Operation Anchorage version of the Chinese Stealth Armor.
DT of the Stealth Suit MKII was also increased to 15 to match a full suit of Chinese Stealth Armor
Installation:
Just drop the StealthSuitsFix.esp into the Data folder under your Fallout New Vegas Directory and select it in the Data Files list of the Fallout New Vegas Launcher.
Uninstallation:
Delete StealthSuitsFix.esp from the Data folder under your Fallout New Vegas Directory
