Add\'s Gojira to searchlight airport

this is my first mod so its rather simple

all this does is take Gojira

and inserts him back into the game at searchlight airport because its out of the way and theres nothing there except a few radscorpions

now on death Gojira drops

added a version of the mod that adds Gojira to the nuclear test site for people who use the Searchlight Airport NCR mod
