I always rather disliked how Nuka Cola and Sunset Sarsaparilla made you more thirsty instead of less thirsty. Coca Cola wouldn't be making as much money as it does now if that was the case. Nonetheless I never found any mod that changes that little annoyance, so I opened up the GECK and whipped something up.
And then I thought: why not share? So I created this little thing.
The file only modifies the Sunset Sarsaparilla and Nuka Colas, and should work with any setup. Any mods that change the sodas might interfere, but I doubt it.
I use it myself with all DLCs and plenty of mods, and it doesn't cause any issues as far as I know. Still; use at your own risk.
I made the sodas replentish 20 H2O, whilst the water bottles still replentish 50 H2O. So it's mostly a cosmetic change, but it could help your wasteland survivor when he's all out of water and comes across a soda machine.
Word of note: There is a possibility that the special nuka colas (victory, quantum etc) aren't affected. I don't know how, but they're so rare that it doesn't really matter.
Install:
Easiest way is to use the nexus mod manager, but slapping it into the data folder and enabling it should do the trick just as well.

Which adds rehydrating properties to all (incl. alcoholic-) drinks. I don't like it, as alcohol DOES dehydrate you IRL, but I'll just put the link here for any (in-game-)alcoholics who don't want to die from drinking only whiskey or whatever.
