A Poor World makes you very poor by making every thing in the world very expensive and some more things

i have always hated that in Fallout NV you always have so meny money you never need to wait and use all your money on a Very cool thing.
And as it would be very hard to change all the persons that give you money to give you less i just made nerly all things more expensive and more heavy, so it will be the ultimate survival challenge. trust me it will not be easy!
it will force you to use melee weapons and perhaps even avoid enemies to conserve ammo. weapon's weight, cost and dmg has been changed.
i will also add som more weapons for now they will not have new textures but that will also happen later for now they will only have new names and have some new stats
there is meny ways to play this game so if you think some things need to (cost more les maby waight more? what so ever) plz report it to me and i will look in to it
what this mod does:
this mod changes weapon, armor, ammo, food every thing you can grab in the game and make it more expensive, make the waight of the item more like i think it would be in the real world, and with the weapons i will maby give them some new stats like more spread and less dmg.
and i will add some new weapons to the game with new stats and some even new textures.
and Unique weapons will not be worth more then 100-500caps so you can`t make easy money on them eny more
but the mod is still at alpha and only the new stats to ammo, armor and weapons will be there today but very soon the rest will be there.
v0.1 Changes:
ulysses forgot a bag with supplys at the Goodsprings Cemetary ( not cheat to take it the supply is very little but very useful)
I changed the fbarter as kotlecik sayd in the comments so you sell items at 0.10000 value
and i changed some more item values.
