My first mod, he has no dialogue and will just follow you around. He is located around Lone Wolf Radio Station. Please notify me of any problems, again, my first mod! I recommend manually installing because sometimes the mod manager can't download it. I plan on adding dialogue, a quest companion wheel, and maybe voice-acting.(I might not do voice acting because Mr. New Vegas already has a voice in vanilla game). I will let you guys decide on weather or not I add the voices.
