I know there are a couple of versions of this modification out already.
So what makes this mod different:
Four Eyes trait:
Hypothetical example:
If you chose 5 perception you will have 4 perception without glasses and 6 with glasses, and you can choose perks that require perception 5.

So what makes this mod different:
- You only get one entry in the pip-boy effect menu.
- No disturbing messages.
- Works for more eyeglasses.
- Can even work with glasses from other mods if that author does them proper.
- There are no Scripts running continuously, only when required.
- Compatible with MMUE
Four Eyes trait:
- Adds 1 perception when wearing glasses and removes 1 when not.
- Perception requirement for perks are based on the perception value chosen during character creation.
- Blurry vision when not wearing glasses.
