It looks like an Assault Rifle, is Automatic but shoots at the speed of a shotgun. It takes 10mm ammo, is instant reload with no animation, and does 800+ damage. Go to the Goodsprings General Store and you'll see it on a table off to the side. NOTE: SNEAK AND TAKE IT, OTHERWISE HE WILL KILL YOU FOR STEALING! There are no known incompatibilities or requirements, and installation is simple.
To install, extract Bloodshot Rifle.esp into your New Vegas Data folder, and enable it in the Launcher. I recommend getting the Bloody Mess perk in-game, since this is scripted to cause a huge gore explosion when you get a critical hit, even without the perk. NVSE is also recommended if your computer is low-end, since using this in a huge battle may cause lag due to all the exposions of gore and disintegrations.
