When you decide which one you want download and install thru NMM ...or download manually, extract the contents and place the 3 textures in your Fallout New VegasDataTexturesInterfaceloading folder. If you don't have that folder then make one.

*** Also uploaded a "Great Khan's" wheel texture as an optional file. I couldn't come up with a good "loading_bars" texture for it so I uploaded it here in case anyone wants to use it and create their own loading wheel with it.
No need to worry about any position in the load order, because it has no ESP...its just textures. This mod is compatible with pretty much everything – except other loading wheel replacer mods.
